**Clinical Research Physician (CRP) Role:**
The Business Unit- Medical Affairs Clinical Research Physician (CRP) plays a key role in strategic planning for launch and commercialization activities, ensuring patient needs are met and customer experiences enhanced. This involves working closely with global Development teams, Therapeutic Area Program Phase, Early Phase/ Clinical Pharmacology, and Translational Medicine teams in new product development activities across the entire spectrum of drug development and clinical trial phases.
**Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert medical support to enhance customer experience interacting with the company.
• Participate in developing the patient journey, knowledge journey, segmentation, unmet need analysis for an annual medical plan reflective of such analysis and aligned with product strategy.
• Propose and conduct scientific activities anchoring unmet needs of the medical scientific community.
• Support regulatory affairs and interactions with government agencies.
• Lead local scientific data dissemination and oversee educational program content development.
• Support business-to-business and business-to-government activities as a medical expert.
• Contribute strategically to marketing brands' planning.
• Train sales representatives and other medical representatives.
• Define Patient Journey and corresponding Moments of Truth based on medical knowledge.
**Requirements:**
• Medical Doctor degree with board eligibility or certification in an appropriate specialty/subspecialty.
• Completion of education at a medical school meeting Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) requirements.
• Knowledge of drug development process relevant to the country preferred.
• Ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English communication.
**Salary Range:** $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
