About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our self-service API products. As the "GM" of our API products, you will be responsible for building the product roadmap, supporting process, increasing user base, and adoption of all API products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our suite of APIs, working closely with the engineering and product teams to influence API strategy.
  • Promote and publish our APIs on various API marketplaces.
  • Own the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for our API platform.
  • Maintain internal and external API documentation.
  • Drive successful client API integrations and upcoming client integrations.
  • Support the customer success team with API-related customer questions.
  • Define and present metrics to the executive team on a monthly basis to measure user adoption and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar quantitative field (Master's or Ph.D. a plus).
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or product strategy for a SaaS company, specifically an API-heavy company.
  • Experience with various API marketplaces.
  • Experience writing API documentation.
  • Knowledge of or experience in API design, integrations, documentation, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
