About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to support the execution of our emerging market solutions product strategy at Mastercard. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing end-to-end support for push payment solutions that leverage Quick Response Code or Manual Entry Alias across multiple markets in a Business-to-Business-to-Consumer setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 'Run Phase' support for the existing Send QR product line across existing markets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product delivers on agreed expectations in the form of Objectives and Key Results.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the existing user personas, markets, segments, and product offerings to understand the gaps that exist and support the development of new solutions to address those gaps to reach scale.
- Support the building and/or strengthening of partnerships with third-party solution providers to discover and deliver product innovation that advances the product strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management with a deep understanding of the Product Development and Management Life Cycle and its associated tools and methodologies in a global, technology-heavy context.
- Ability to articulate compelling narratives utilizing numbers and drive strategic alignment.
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset with a penchant for thinking outside the box and getting things done.
- Strong influencing skills to drive strategic alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
