We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Search & Personalization product team in delivering innovative machine learning solutions that drive customer satisfaction and support our growth goals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap to transform Rappi users' experience into personalized journeys with relevant interactions, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and operation teams to deliver scalable products.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to guide product development, validate assumptions, and generate product insights.
  • Implement measurement frameworks (e.g. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team's work.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and utilize market research to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate progress and decisions with stakeholders to ensure tight alignment among the company.
  • Develop and execute strong 'go-to-market' strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful machine learning products within a high-paced environment.
  • Passionate about improving customer experience using AI, experience working with data scientists and ML engineers.
