Job Overview

At Emapta Latam, we are seeking a skilled Reservations and Revenue Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality sales team, you will be responsible for managing reservations and revenue analysis to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage hospitality sales reservations and ensure accurate data entry.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate plans, room types, and products across all assets.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Property Team to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
  4. Perform strategic data analysis to support inventory and occupancy management.
  5. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory usage reports and any other reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams.
  • Self-starter and results-driven, able to work independently and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Systematic and process-oriented mindset with strong administrative skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
