Reservation / Revenue Analyst Role at Emapta Latam
This is a comprehensive and strategic position that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. As a Reservation / Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing hospitality sales reservations, acting as the liaison between clients and our team, and ensuring the best guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team by implementing and managing Hospitality Sales reservations.
- Serve as the Liaison between clients and Placemakr from the moment a contract is signed until guests arrive onsite.
- Collaborate Closely with the Sales Team and Property Team to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
- Input Reservations into the system accurately and with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Computer Skills, including word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams.
- Self-Starter and Results-Driven, able to work independently and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Systematic and Process-Oriented Mindset with strong administrative skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
