Job Description

This Senior Revenue Growth Strategist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive revenue growth across Latin America. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue through pricing, promotions, and other commercial initiatives.

As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Trade, Sales, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing RGM strategies to drive revenue growth across LATAM markets
  • Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotion decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective commercial plans
  • Tracking and measuring the performance of RGM initiatives and providing insights to inform future strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in RGM or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and data-driven decision-making

Benefits

As a Senior Revenue Growth Strategist at Kimberly-Clark, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
