Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to resolve inquiries from enterprise customers regarding AWS services or cloud
• Analyzing and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance to customers
• Ensuring that AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
• Working directly with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues
• Fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges

You will also be required to travel 10-25% of the time to meet with customers and attend training sessions.
