• Liaise with grant funders, assisting in documentation and reporting
• Conduct and analyze surveys with service users to ensure program effectiveness
• Handle customer relationship management tasks to maintain strong connections with participants
• Create engaging content and manage social media platforms to increase community engagement
• Update website content using an intuitive drag-and-drop platform
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to support financial management
• Assist in organizing singing sessions and related events, contributing to the smooth running of programs

Requirements
