We're seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Product. This role requires someone with experience in growth product management or product management with a focus on commercial or adoption metrics. The successful candidate will lead a core team of growth marketers, engineers, designers, and copywriters to identify and execute growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to strategy, manage internal stakeholders, and foster a strong product management culture.
  2. Execute on the growth product roadmap, owning the lifecycle from ideation to evaluation, and performing activities such as business analysis, engineering tasks, and research.
  3. Contribute to the growth product roadmap by identifying and suggesting initiatives from quantitative and qualitative research.
  4. Ensure high effectiveness and alignment within the growth product teams through communication and process improvement.
  5. Help create a positive and fun culture with a distributed team.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working in an agile product or growth product squad as a product manager or growth product manager on a customer-facing product.
  2. Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of web analytics tools.
  3. Foundational knowledge of growth marketing channels, such as SEO and Google Ads.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and high thresholds for quality.
  5. Deeply curious, highly empathetic, and organized.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator.
  7. Experience in B2B businesses.
  8. The ability to wireframe or sketch ideas using design and whiteboard tools.
  9. Advanced English level.
  10. Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
  11. Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
  12. Experience working with distributed teams.
  13. Worked on lead generation.
