About the Role

As a Mid Project Manager, you'll oversee complex digital development projects for our diverse clientele, fostering relationships and driving seamless web app production across English and Spanish-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects in the financial sector, leveraging expertise in digital product development and project management.
  • Organize and oversee project execution through the SCRUM Framework, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage customer interactions with clients from the USA and EMEA, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Lead digital product development initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
  • Implement flexible working policies to support the team, promoting work-life balance and productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in project management and digital product development.
  • Certification/training in Project and Product Management areas/processes/methodologies.
  • Strong background in digital product development, with expertise in staff augmentation.
  • Knowledge of the SCRUM Framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Required certification: Scrum Master; Preferred (not required): PMP.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1).
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
