About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly experienced Senior Stadium Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale stadium projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver the project successfully.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project, ensuring that they do not impact the project's overall success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project is delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting all relevant regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Commercial Management: Manage the project's commercial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications, such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and commercial management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
