Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and optimization of core processes across all markets, ensuring standardization globally for main commercial products within Latin America.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful launches of commercial products in new and existing countries.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of App-based data collection tasks, including surveys and observational tasks.
- Conduct internal and external research, using data to optimize operations for the Core Operations Team.
- Assist Territory Operations with daily field operations to ensure data collection goals are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing global processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from process improvement initiatives to data analysis and visualization.
Requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
- High confidence level in working independently, with proven examples of taking ownership and driving success in ambiguous settings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL skills, business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI).
- Knowledge of and experience in optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, including experience in problem-solving and the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Experience with data analysis and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to zoom out and understand the bigger context of your work.
- Ability to be flexible, adapt and adjust to rapid change within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
