About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our cutting-edge creative automation team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with the Executive Creative Engineering Director to lead the team in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enable at-scale production of content for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers to format and build complex creative frameworks, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in their work.
  2. DCO Strategy: Develop and execute display and video DCO efforts, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life, ensuring best practices and brand standards are met.
  4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with other discipline team leads to coordinate requirements and needs within the system.
Requirements
  1. Advanced English Proficiency: Possess advanced English language skills, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
  2. Industry Experience: Bring 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  3. Technical Skills: Possess advanced proficiencies in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites ecosystem of content creation software.
  4. DCO Frameworks: Have experience in DCO frameworks and high-scale output and design.
  5. Content at Scale Technologies: Possess experience with content at scale technologies and a proven track record of driving new initiatives through an organization.
