Director of Client Delivery

The Director of Client Delivery will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet their evolving needs.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of account managers and directors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and product, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with the account management team to coordinate project details and ensure seamless execution.
  6. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to drive growth and development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure API's solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong background in client management and relationship-building.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing, or related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience.
  3. Proven track record of driving business growth, managing high-performing teams, and developing strong client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in all three languages.
  6. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
