Sales Representative for Commercial Cleaning Services

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at MB Floor Solutions. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive sales growth.

- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
