Job Description

Sell2Rent is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives lead generation and engagement across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Design:
    • Develop and design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
    • Create and edit videos, including TikTok and YouTube content, that effectively communicate Sell2Rent's value proposition and engage potential leads.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, schedule, and upload content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual style.
    • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Campaign Asset Development:
    • Design and produce all creative assets needed for marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the Lead Acquisition Specialist to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals and optimized for lead generation.
  • Video Production:
    • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for use across digital channels, focusing on storytelling and audience engagement.
    • Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Email Marketing Support:
    • Design and create visually appealing email templates that align with Sell2Rent's brand guidelines.
    • Assist in writing engaging email copy that drives conversions and supports lead nurturing efforts.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Analyze the performance of content across all channels, using data-driven insights to optimize future content and improve engagement metrics.
    • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation processes, automate tasks, and personalize content delivery.
Requirements:
  • Required Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
    • Experience managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
    • Strong understanding of content strategy and how to optimize content for lead generation.
    • Excellent writing skills for creating engaging social media posts and email copy.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the real estate or tech sectors.
    • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Creativity: Ability to produce innovative and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all content is polished, on-brand, and error-free.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working closely with the Lead Acquisition Specialist and other team members.
