Job Description

Kenvue is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Transformation Specialist to lead the execution of our ongoing transformation initiatives. This temporary role is crucial in driving strategic HR changes, optimizing workforce processes, and contributing to the overall success of the transformation. We're looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive strategic HR changes. As an HR Transformation Specialist, you will lead HR-related change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure a smooth transition for employees during the transformation. You will also develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale during the transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Lead HR-related change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure a smooth transition for employees during the transformation.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale during the transformation.
  • Workforce Optimization: Leading the execution of end-to-end HR activities to support the workforce optimization plans for 2025, in partnership with Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Access, and HR Operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Responsible for reporting and insights to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements

We're looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in HR management, change management, and employee engagement, preferably within a large organization, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, are essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on the location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays, and more. We also offer learning and development opportunities, employee resource groups, and a total rewards package that includes salary, bonus, and benefits.
