About the Role: We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team at High Scale Ai. As an Executive Support Professional, you will provide comprehensive support to our executives, ensuring a professional, responsive, and efficient experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's schedule, ensuring effective time allocation and that key priorities are met.
- Oversee the executive's inbox, prioritizing messages and drafting precise responses as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation of materials and minute-taking.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations as required.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, reports, and other essential documents for the team.
- Maintain an organized and easily accessible digital file system on Google Drive.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Assist with various organizational projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed by the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar position with production background preferred.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Proficient in software such as Canva, Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Calendly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
