About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide direct support to internal and external customers to facilitate transactional activities through phone, chat, and tickets for all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the services.
  • Answer tickets and chats.
  • Solve the requirements and requests assigned and received.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service and customer care.
  • Minimum high school or technical studies (2 semesters) or related careers professional requirements.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (desirable) knowledge in e-commerce or banking.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
