    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating data into ADP systems, facilitating client data mapping and translations, and ensuring the quality of the integration solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation or client service positions, and will be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English.

    Responsibilities

    • Functional owner of data integration into ADP systems.
    • Facilitates client data mapping and translations to Celergo and/or ADP Partner Payroll data structures and values.
    • Responsible for client data conversion, load and verification.
    • Advises client based on previous experiences with similar HCM Integrations.
    • Partners with Payroll Lead Consultant regarding configuration and readiness of foundational data.
    • Responsible for the quality of the integration solution and operational level client satisfaction.
    • Responsible for transitioning client and pertinent artifacts into client services.

    Requirements

    • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
    • Experience in implementation or client service positions.
    • Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification is a plus.
    • Keep Lead Consultant continuously updated of progress, risks and task slippages.
    • Country legislative knowledge in Payroll.
    • Good knowledge of Payroll solution.
    • Debugging skills is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work against agreed timelines as agreed with lead consultant / time expert.
    • Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals.
    • Payroll configuration experience is a plus.
