About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise, you will play a critical role in delivering high-end support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze end-to-end procurement processes for our global customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting recommendations to IT managers and executives.
  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP Modules.
  • Provide remote and onsite support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP Modules, including Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, and IBP Optimizer.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of one or more of the IBP Modules listed.
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI).
  • Business process analysis and reengineering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex projects and international environments.
  • Certification in SAP IBP Modules.
  • Additional knowledge or certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions.

Language Skills

  • English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
  • Spanish - Native speaker.
