We are looking for a highly skilled Office Coordinator Manager to join our team in Colombia.
The ideal candidate will possess professional studies in administrative and/or related careers and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Professional studies in administrative and/or related careers.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.
- Payroll settlements and social security payments.
- Management of the health and safety at work system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- In charge of the general coordination of the office and solve any problem or administrative requirement.
- Representative of human resources in Colombia, as well as in charge of generating, liquidating and sending the payroll with its respective annexes and ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations.
- Responsible for the affiliations and disaffiliations of the employees in Colombia to the different social security companies and related to the hiring of personnel.
- Ensure that the occupational health and safety system complies with the requirements and regulations in force.
- Manage imports of all the company's products.
- Collect the customer portfolio and continuously follow up on the improvement of this area.
- Interact with customers and third parties, manage their files and resolve their complaints or take care of their requirements in an efficient manner.
