We are looking for a highly skilled Office Coordinator Manager to join our team in Colombia.

The ideal candidate will possess professional studies in administrative and/or related careers and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional studies in administrative and/or related careers.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Payroll settlements and social security payments.
  • Management of the health and safety at work system.
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • In charge of the general coordination of the office and solve any problem or administrative requirement.
  • Representative of human resources in Colombia, as well as in charge of generating, liquidating and sending the payroll with its respective annexes and ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations.
  • Responsible for the affiliations and disaffiliations of the employees in Colombia to the different social security companies and related to the hiring of personnel.
  • Ensure that the occupational health and safety system complies with the requirements and regulations in force.
  • Manage imports of all the company's products.
  • Collect the customer portfolio and continuously follow up on the improvement of this area.
  • Interact with customers and third parties, manage their files and resolve their complaints or take care of their requirements in an efficient manner.
