- Strategic Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, working closely with the Institutional Banking team.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the assigned portfolio, generating revenue by responding to clients' financial, advisory, and transactional needs.
- Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans for each assigned client, identifying wallet size, share of wallet, and opportunities to grow.
- Client Communication: Prepare and send client proposals, follow up on implementation, and promote deepening product campaigns.
- Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue and drivers, prepare monthly portfolio reviews, and ensure revenue and drivers goals are accomplished.
- Client Satisfaction: Improve client satisfaction above the defined target, building and maintaining strong relationships with country, regional, and global GNB teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or a related field.
- Skills: Theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge, including comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking, its related products, and pertinent regulations.
