As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing key leads, managing CRM data, and supporting sales efforts to help our clients maintain their competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and opportunities, utilizing various databases and resources to gather information about potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute a structured work plan to efficiently manage research tasks and lead generation efforts, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing leads for large group travel customers, leveraging strong analytical abilities and experience with data management and lead generation.
  • Help craft compelling proposals based on research and data insights, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences, and demonstrating tenacity and resourcefulness in locating and verifying information.
Requirements:
  • Proactive ownership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take on tasks, fully own them, and independently drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey clarity of thought in both written and verbal forms, and described by colleagues as a concise, composed, and clear speaker.
  • Team player with a strong, collaborative mindset, effective in cross-functional collaboration and willing to learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and systems, ensuring that no details are overlooked.
  • Speed to output, capable of delivering results on tight timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Embodiment of community norms, with a strong commitment to treating people right and making a positive impact.
  • Background in research-heavy roles, preferably in marketing, sales, or finance, with a 4-year bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, or equivalent, and 2+ years' work experience in professional services, sales/marketing, administrative support, or equivalent role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, strong analytical abilities, and experience with data management and lead generation, with a knack for abstract thinking and problem-solving.
