About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for leading campaign and demand generation initiatives within the Pardot platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lead nurturing programs using Engagement Studio, including configuration of cadence, actions, and rules.
  • Create and edit Pardot email templates, adding uploaded and dynamic send lists and suppression lists, and testing and scheduling of email sends.
  • Implement personalization configurations, such as dynamic content blocks and Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting.
  • Develop and manage Pardot web forms, including autoresponder emails, completion action rules, and campaign syncs to CRM (Salesforce).
  • Manage Pardot reporting and analytics to meet the needs of the marketing and sales teams.
  • Perform Pardot database audits to ensure data hygiene, mailability status, tags, and dynamic lists consistency.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in building, editing, and launching marketing automation projects in Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstratable experience working hands-on with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience with Pardot email build, configuration, testing, and sending.
  • Experience with Pardot lead activity engagement scoring and ideal customer profile grading, including lead and CRM data hygiene via list building (static and dynamic), custom and default fields, and automation rules.
  • Some experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly as it pertains to mapping to and from Pardot.
  • Education requirement: BA/BS in Marketing or Computer/Tech-related subject, with Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification or Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification with 3+ years of demonstrable Pardot working experience.
