We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at 1840 & Company. As a key member of our small, close-knit recruiting team, you will report directly to the Director of Recruiting and play a critical role in implementing sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field and possess strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. They will also have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as a strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top candidates and support our recruiting efforts.
  • Build targeted candidate lists using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach via email campaigns and other communication channels.
  • Potentially conduct initial phone screens with qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates to job openings in Construction Management and other industries.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing efforts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal ATS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email campaign tools and CRM/ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This includes a competitive hourly rate of $22-$33 per hour, ensuring that our talent acquisition specialists are fairly compensated for their expertise.
