About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Qualfon Corporation. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and building strong relationships with hiring managers and supervisors.

Job Description

This is a full-cycle recruiting position that includes:

  • Preparing employment advertisements and placing them in relevant distribution channels to attract top talent;
  • Coordinating the routing of all position requisitions in compliance with ATS requirements;
  • Administering online assessments and tracking completion and success rates;
  • Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role;
  • Initiating employment offers and ensuring new hire paperwork is complete promptly and accurately;
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to meet the needs of our business units;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and supervisors to understand their recruitment needs;
  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks;
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote our company culture and values;
  • Representing our organization at events to market our opportunities;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B2+/C1 proficiency in English;
  • An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others;
  • At least one year of call center agent hiring experience or equivalent;
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting hiring targets;
  • The ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
