As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Qualfon Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and making job offers.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals;
  • Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract top candidates;
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks;
  • Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline progress;
  • Foster relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes and outcomes.


Requirements

To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Qualfon Corporation, you will need:




  • A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or a related field;
  • B2+/C1 proficiency in English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ATS systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and recruitment metrics.


What We Offer
