Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls and addressing patient questions or concerns.
- Gathering personal information such as name, age, contact details, and insurance information.
- Recording medical history, including past illnesses, surgeries, medications, allergies, and family health history.
- Documenting current symptoms and health concerns.
- Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Entering collected information into the healthcare facility's e-clinical work (ECW) system.
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure the patient's information is accurately conveyed.
- Scheduling appointments and procedures.
- Minimal to Zero accent.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with US clients.
- Experience in EHR/EMR tools.
- Background in E-clinical Works (ECW) is highly preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare account or medical field.
- Capable of handling heavy phone calls.
