About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our consulting practice in LATAM, responsible for growing the business and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial performance, including tracking and reporting on booking, margin, revenue, and sales forecasting from partner and contractor relationships, as well as internal delivery channels.
  • Transform services teams and partners to adopt a multi-offering approach, moving away from a single-solution focus.
  • Oversee and implement systems, policies, and processes to ensure standardization, optimization, and compliance with legal and fiduciary requirements.
  • Plan, guide, and manage the deployment of new consulting engagements and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and account managers to promote services in large and complex enterprise and corporate accounts.
  • Engage with services sellers through a two-way feedback approach, ensuring overall quality of services delivered to customers.
  • Embrace and implement global strategies and offerings aligned with Latam Services' strategic directions.
  • Scale the business to meet future strategic goals over 3-5 years.
  • Promote value-selling and solutions-selling approaches.
  • Foster great connections between Consulting delivery teams and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Represent Red Hat Consulting Services at large industry events.
  • Lead associates in different LATAM countries and cultures.
  • Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders from various areas across LATAM and Global (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Support, Marketing, etc).
  • Drive revenue stream and cost control initiatives.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to support business evolution.
  • Foster a Community of Practices to encourage collaboration and innovation across teams.
  • Act as an Agent of Change, implementing new structures or rebuilding teams when necessary.
  • Stay deeply connected with market changes, leveraging these movements to adapt the Consulting team.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience working in the IT professional services industry.
  • 8+ years of experience with people management and consulting practice management.
  • Port-graduation or MBA in Strategic Business Management, Sales Management, or similar courses is a plus.
  • Customer Success proven experience or certification.
  • A consistent record of growing a successful consulting business.
  • Proven customer-facing and consultative skills.
  • Technical background working as an IT professional to relate and earn credibility with the Consulting team.
  • Business development and go-to-market experience.
  • Sales or business development leadership and services management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to connect with regional and global teams to drive business strategy and execution plans.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Good knowledge about subscription models, consumption models, and adoption practices.
  • Good knowledge about open-source models and key Red Hat solutions.
  • Good knowledge about Open Practice Library.
  • Availability to travel to visit customers and internal teams across LATAM.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
