We are currently seeking a skilled Smart Technologies Consultant with Norwegian or German and English to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support via tickets or calls.
  2. Listen attentively to customers and identify the best solutions to their issues.
  3. Guide customers through the process and strive to deliver a positive experience.
  4. Identify and report trends and frequent questions to your superior.
  5. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in Norwegian or German and good knowledge of the English language.
  2. Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features and a willingness to learn more.
  3. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  4. A friendly approach and a drive to provide exceptional service and results.
  5. Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
