Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Support Specialist to join our team at EdgeUno. This is an exceptional opportunity to support the CEO and executive leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive leadership team, including:

  • Facilitating streamlined communication and supporting strategic decision-making for the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Providing insights, analyses, and recommendations to contribute to effective management.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing executive-level meetings, ensuring well-prepared agendas, comprehensive information, and logistical support.
  • Managing executive correspondence, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions.
  • Taking the lead in optimizing travel arrangements, including cost-effective solutions, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Overseeing general admin activities in the office to maintain a productive work environment, including supplies, equipment, and addressing technical issues.
  • Collaborating with the finance team for tasks such as budget oversight, expense tracking, and invoice processing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in roles as Executive Assistant or similar to C-level, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with executives, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and executive coordination, complemented by a strong grasp of business dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the technology sector, cloud, hosting, data center and/or telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of financial management tasks such as budget oversight, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience with MAC systems is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is anticipated.
