We are looking for a highly skilled Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team. This individual will utilize their analytical skills and passion for resolving complex issues to provide exceptional customer service and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in claims or trust & safety, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate customer claims and provide accurate resolutions
- Provide support throughout the claims process and own monetary compensation escalations
- Moderate comments on social media and provide support for customers
Requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends required
- At least 1 year of experience in claims or trust & safety
