Role Overview

The Regional Membership Manager will be responsible for driving membership growth and engagement across 5-6 cities in Latin America. This role will involve creating and curating membership communities, recruiting and retaining members, and overseeing all aspects of the member experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the creative industries and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement membership strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, committees, and local partners
  • Oversee the creation and execution of events and experiences that promote member engagement and retention
  • Manage and analyze membership data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the wider membership team to ensure consistency and quality across the region

Requirements
  • Strong network of contacts in the creative industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent Spanish and English
