Account Coordinator

NeoWork is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the account management team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including gathering client information and coordinating internal processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports to support client relationships and business operations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account coordination or similar roles, with a strong background in customer service and account management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
