About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at LinkGraph, a rapidly growing SEO software company and full-service digital agency. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, from initial contract to campaign kickoff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the client onboarding process, including creating and maintaining detailed onboarding plans, conducting initial client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Onboarding Documentation: Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources to ensure all necessary information is collected and organized for project teams.
  • Client Account Setup: Set up client accounts in relevant tools and platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, adapting to the role as needed to ensure successful client onboarding.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in client services or project management, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services and processes, including project management and CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to make clients feel welcome and valued.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
