**Job**:Claims Coordinator

**Location**: Medellín, Colombia
**Type**: Hybrid (3 days onsite - 2 days remote)
**Schedule**: Full-time Monday to Friday
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Pay Rate**: Competitive and based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from providers, agencies, agents, and insured clients.
- Prepare reports on banking information and pending inquiries.
- Review specific cases with agencies and providers.
- Reconcile account statements.
- Conduct service meetings with agencies.
- Complete T5 forms (pre-existing conditions).

**Qualifications**:

- Currently studying or having graduated in business administration or related fields.
- Language proficiency.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the field.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic, energetic, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
