About the Role

We are seeking a talented E-Learning Consultant to support our rapid growth across Latam. As a key member of our Training Services team, you will be responsible for managing our eLearning platform in Moodle, ensuring its correct operation and solving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the learning platform (LMS) in Moodle, ensuring its correct operation and solving possible issues detected.
  • Develop high-quality standards associated with the management of the platform and content development.
  • Develop customized components in Moodle that allow Bizagi to provide interactive use of the learning platform according to the identified learning needs.
  • Design and build different structures to publish and navigate the content in our LMS platform, including resources such as courses, internal pages, quizzes, among others.
  • Create and update the different learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Animate, among others.
  • Create and edit images, graphics, videos, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Participate in eLearning projects to create interactive learning experiences through the development of web elements, multimedia components, online assessments, and other learning resources to improve online learning.
  • Work with technology teams to test new solutions and integrations with different eLearning technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Moodle administration experience.
  • Moodle development experience.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, PHP, HTML 5, and CSS.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and graphic design.
