What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented E-Learning Consultant to support our rapid growth across Latam. As a key member of our Training Services team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our eLearning platform and communicating our digital transformation initiatives to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the learning platform (LMS) in Moodle, ensuring its correct operation and resolving any issues that arise.
  2. Develop high-quality standards for platform management and content development.
  3. Create customized components in Moodle to provide interactive learning experiences.
  4. Design and build structures to publish and navigate content in our LMS platform.
  5. Develop and update learning resources using tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
  6. Collaborate with technology teams to test new solutions and integrations with eLearning technologies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and critical thinking.
  • Capability to assess training material.
  • Team player with technical knowledge of programming and databases.
  • Moodle administration and development skills.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, PHP, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills (desirable).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, multimedia engineering, or technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Learning Management Systems like Moodle.
Language

English intermediate level.
