Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Incentive Compensation Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and control of variable compensation plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy and a proven ability to drive results aligned with organizational objectives. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement variable compensation plans that align with business strategy and drive desired outcomes
- Monitor and control plan execution, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement staff recognition programs and campaigns
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize plan performance
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a contact centre or related field
- Strong knowledge of business strategy and compensation planning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to optimize plan performance
