We are seeking a skilled Compensation Expert to partner with our HR teams in maintaining best practices and procedures related to compensation management.
Key objectives for this role will be to oversee all high-level and detail-level matters related to provider compensation, productivity, and processes.
- Perform payroll support by processing bi-weekly payroll, validating anomalies, and responding to questions.
- Maintain compliance, consistency, and sustainability through standard operating procedure documentation.
- Support job & compensation architecture in Workday, collaborating closely with People Operations.
- Perform fair market value valuation processes, including benchmarks and policy updates.
- Manage calculation and automation of incentive payments required by contracts and programs.
- Analyze costs, perform calculations, and provide recommendations for modifications.
- Process payments and invoices by reviewing compensation processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
