About the Role

As a Compensation Analyst , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Formula.Monks ' global compensation strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and creating competitive compensation packages that span approximately 40 countries. From staying current on trends in rewards and incentives to navigating multicultural environments and currencies, you'll ensure Formula.Monks remains competitive across the rewards spectrum, including merit, bonus, equity, and promotions.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with managers and HR to review and establish clear job responsibilities across different levels of the organization.
  2. Write and maintain comprehensive job descriptions.
  3. Continuously analyze and evaluate compensation packages to stay competitive across all markets.
  4. Monitor market trends and currency variations to ensure accurate benchmarking of pay structures.
  5. Efficiently manage daily tasks such as reviewing emails and addressing feedback, maintaining organization and productivity.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Over 5 years of experience in the compensation field, with exposure to international markets (LatAm and US jurisdictions preferred).
  2. Advanced Excel proficiency and proven experience with HRIS platforms.
  3. Skilled in navigating compensation strategy for Fortune 1000 companies.
  4. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

  1. SHRM or professional HR certification.
