Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding technical assistance through phone, chat, and email communications
  • Address support requests of varying complexities
  • Collect necessary data to ensure comprehensive technical information is gathered for resolving intricate issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our client's offerings
  • Handle sensitive customer information securely
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical challenges

Requirements for Success:

  • Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in technical support, desktop support, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Technical expertise in networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking)
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and experience with Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Customer-focused and responsible demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Experience collaborating with engineers
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
