As an Administrative Coordinator at Icesi, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of proposal development. This includes timeline planning, ensuring compliance with requirements, and managing contributions from various support units.

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate administrative timeline planning of priority proposals to allow researchers to focus on scientific content.
  • Contribute to the administrative coordination, planning, and execution of all aspects during the proposal cycle.
  • Cooperate as the central point of contact for coordinating all pre-award support services involved in proposal development.
  • Provide procedural guidance to researchers by conducting opportunity analyses and ensuring procedural assistance.

Requirements:

For this role, you will need to work closely with Finance, Legal, the OPD Proposal Enhancement team, and other relevant units to ensure that administrative, budgetary, and legal requirements are met.
