Amazon Web Services is seeking Specialized Sellers to establish AWS End User Computing as the leading solution in the market.

We have developed AWS EUC services to empower customers with the flexibility to adapt to their workforce's evolving needs. Clients can scale resources up or down as required, ensuring users have access to the necessary tools without the burden of managing infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
You will collaborate with Enterprise clients and their current AWS account representatives to identify and pursue sales opportunities for cloud-based end user computing solutions. You will engage with our demand generation, segment sales, solutions architects, partner, and marketing teams to drive opportunities to successful closure. Your commitments will include quota accountability, promoting platform adoption within Enterprise accounts, executing programs, and ensuring success at scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical expertise that enables them to engage effectively at the Executive level as well as with software developers and IT architects. A self-starter mentality is essential, as you will be expected to develop and implement a territory coverage plan while consistently achieving quarterly revenue targets.

Key Skills Required
Essential skills for success include teamwork, account strategy development, cross-selling, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. Enjoyment in working with Enterprise clients is crucial.

Role Overview
The role of a Specialized Seller requires an individual who can act as a market maker, operator, and general manager for their own customer accounts. With a focus on customer outcomes, you will work to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, secure key accounts, drive revenue for new services, and cultivate strategic partnerships.

About AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services
This division is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and enhance market share within a defined region.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to expand the AWS EUC presence.
  • Manage multiple accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Create and communicate compelling value propositions surrounding AWS EUC services.

  • Lead strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Manage dependencies and make informed trade-offs.
  • Provide escalation management as needed.
  • Balance business and customer needs against technical constraints to meet timelines.
