Overview

As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Director to drive our strategic initiatives and support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective strategies and campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess and refine marketing campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish, track, and report on departmental goals.
  • Occasionally assist in the creation of new service offerings and products for our clientele.
  • Oversee a dynamic marketing team comprised of full-time staff and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on goal-setting and prioritization.
  • Creative and analytical mindset for lead generation strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google Ads.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and innovative.
  • Experience in SEO or digital marketing agencies is preferred.
