The Marketing Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for the direct development, management, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the execution of marketing mixes and the strategic development of SEUM, alongside conducting market, consumer, and end-user research.

This position offers guidance and business insights to regional sales teams through the coordination and preparation of key customer interactions, trade exhibitions, conferences, marketing collateral, and trade advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across various Kerry functions to design and implement a tailored marketing strategy for the region.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams and RD&A to create and execute a robust and relevant product portfolio aimed at enhancing hit rates and strengthening our pipeline.
  • Partner with the commercial and finance teams to develop impactful trade marketing campaigns that foster growth with existing clients and establish strong relationships with new customers.
  • Formulate compelling unique value propositions and insightful messaging; prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Enhance knowledge and expertise in prioritized channels to identify opportunities across the sub-region.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Generate reports and presentations, providing strategic recommendations to management regarding market challenges, opportunities, and initiatives.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the Food and Beverages sector or B2B companies.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (approximately 50% of the time).
