The Marketing Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for the direct development, management, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the execution of marketing mixes and the strategic development of SEUM, alongside conducting thorough market, consumer, and end-user research.

This position offers strategic direction and business insights to regional sales teams at Kerry by coordinating and preparing essential customer interactions, trade exhibitions, conferences, marketing collateral, and advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across various Kerry departments to formulate and implement a robust marketing strategy for the region.
  • Partner with Commercial teams and RD&A to design and execute a compelling product portfolio that enhances hit rates and fortifies our pipeline.
  • Work closely with the commercial and finance teams to develop impactful trade marketing campaigns aimed at fostering growth with existing clients and establishing strong relationships with new partners.
  • Create distinctive value propositions and insightful messaging; prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Enhance knowledge and expertise in prioritized channels to capitalize on opportunities across the sub-region.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Generate reports and presentations, providing recommendations to management on strategic initiatives, market challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Food and Beverages sector or B2B environments.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (approximately 50% of the time).
