Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to join our Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to LAC Management and contributing to the development of financial strategies and plans.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including country managers, operations teams, and finance colleagues across LAC and CBA. The Finance Analyst will also be responsible for preparing periodic reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as supporting internal controls and processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or economics with at least 4 years of working experience;
- Recognized professional accreditation (CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) OR master's degree;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting theory, concepts and principles, financial accounting reporting, and cost allocations;
- Diligence and attention to details;
- Working knowledge of Imprest Accounting related SAP processes and transactions;
- Planning and budgeting skills proved by experience;
- Advanced problem solving, analytical skills;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information, interpret data, retrieve information, and clearly and concisely communicate results;
- Effective communication skills with the ability to prepare, present and discuss findings in written or oral form;
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with tight deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life and disability insurance, paid leave, and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
